The annual QTOUR Championship, one of the most prestigious 1on1 aim tournament in the world, today announced that they will host their Norwegian tournament at The Gathering in Hamar, Norway, between 8-12 of April.
Some of the most famous and skilled players in Norway are invited. QTOUR Championship Norway will host a professional 1on1 Counter-Strike 1.6 tournament with 10.000 SEK in cash price plus the latest products from Samsung, Nextgentel, Komplett and QPAD.
QPAD Pro Gaming Gear is proud to release a Frag movie from the Kode 5 USA Finals that took place on Saturday, March 14th in Dallas, Texas. The clip is almost ten minutes in length and contains footage from almost all of the matches.
The movie is culminated with action from the epic finals between Gravitas Gaming and x3o Gaming. Gravitas ended up winning the second map to earn their spot to the Kode 5 Global Finals in Russia later this year.
Fresh off the launch of the QPAD product line into the United States, the team headed down to support the Kode 5 US Finals. As a global sponsor of Kode 5, QPAD decided to also hold a 1v1 tournament at the event with $200 cash to the winner as well as a QPAD of their choice.
The main event of the weekend was the Counter-Strike 1.6 tournament however. With not only a spot to the Kode 5 Grand Finals in Moscow on the line, but also bragging rights as the best team in the country, the action was extremely intense.
This Saturday, March 14th, the QPAD USA team will be on hand at the US Finals as part of QPAD’s Global Sponsorship of Kode 5. The event will be taking place at Lethal Gamers in Dallas, Texas with the top eight North American Counter-Strike 1.6 teams in attendance.
The winner of the tournament will earn a berth to the Kode 5 Global Finals later this year. Last year’s final was held in Moscow, but year’s location is yet to be announced.
